Kalid & Joe make a return to the wild world of John Carpenter! This episode, the crew sat down and watched the 1986 action/fantasy/comedy/creature-feature, Big Trouble in Little China & had a conversation about how the film subverts traditional action tropes, expertly plays up its comedic elements, and serves as an all around great, creative and weird monster flick despite such a limited budget.
Shout out to Jim Hall for the music! Check out more of his stuff here!
